Brief History

Opteon (Victoria) Pty Ltd (formerly Landlink Property Group and Market Line Group) was established through the strategic merger of Landlink Property Group (founded in 1993) and the Market Line Group (founded in 1992).

Operating from 14 locations, Opteon Victoria has a geographic footprint that takes in all of Metropolitan Melbourne, Greater Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula and much of Regional Victoria including the Western District, Central Goldfields and North Eastern regions.

Opteon (Victoria) provides a broad range of property valuation and consultancy services including commercial valuations, insurance valuations and financial reporting valuations.  In addition Opteon Victoria has specialised Plant & Machinery, Agribusiness, Research and Rating Valuation divisions.

An elegant city at the heart of Victoria’s gold rush, Bendigo today is the second largest inland city and fourth most populated in Victoria. Located very close to the geographical centre of the state and approximately 150 kilometres north west of Melbourne, Opteon’s Bendigo office is perfectly positioned to service this varied region from the riverside Echuca, the old-world CBD, to the agriculturally-driven Elmore and the surrounding wine regions.

The office opened in 2005 and is the home to a small team of highly qualified valuers that specialise in all areas of property valuation and advisory including residential, industrial/commercial, retail and rural valuations. They can also assist you with more specialised areas such as plant & equipment valuations, residential development valuations and advisory and tax depreciations.
