About Opteon
Opteon works for lenders, owners and buyers of all types of property through what has become the largest network of valuers in Australia. Our valuers and advisors work as consultants to government, corporations, businesses and individuals. Each valuer enjoys a strong local profile and relevance to consumers, home buyers and investors.
The local firms that have come together to form Opteon are all successful in their own markets. Many are high profile leading professionals in their fields, locally and nationally and as such are recognised for their professionalism, expertise and capability.
Today, Opteon Property Group (Opteon) comprises 25 of the most respected and established valuation firms in Australia, is wholly Australian owned and, uniquely, services all populated areas across all States.
Within Opteon there are approximately 350 qualified valuers and property experts covering most valuation disciplines and property specialisations, so engaging Opteon will provide you with confidence knowing you are in partnership with one the most chosen suppliers of valuation services for most of the Australian Banks, their intermediaries and scores of other lenders.
Through Opteon you will have access to the expertise and market knowledge of a firm that comprises only companies with a mutual and shared reputation for professionalism and accuracy.

Indirect data provided through exclusive partnership agreements and from trusted market leaders provides complementary information that gives us confidence in the accuracy and relevance of our valuation analytics.

Risk
Local experience, fed by data and analytical expertise delivers insight and accuracy. Our customers expect Opteon to give them sound risk based solutions; not just valuation responses. Our analysis helps our customers make informed “risk based” property decisions.
Innovation
Each customer has a unique set of criteria for their purchase, sale or investment in property assets. Our lender clients have specific expectations around risk and security value. Whilst they can obtain valuations from many suppliers, a partnership that evolves through focussed innovative solutions geared to each customer sets Opteon apart.
Network
Opteon has got Australia covered; our 350 valuers across 61 offices provides the basis for the most comprehensive property intelligence network serving the property industry on property related matters. From National opinion to local community behaviour, Opteon is close to the marketplace.
Local
Property markets and pricing trends stretch from the macro-economic to the most parochial street by street community dynamics. There is no substitute for being truly local and understanding the local economic factors that drive property market demand, liquidity and value.
Technology
The data, the analysis and the market trends have to be all brought together in a consistent and safe manner to serve our clients and support our valuers. Opteon is dedicated to delivering sound leading technology solutions to support every customer instruction, for our day to day delivery of services and in our innovation and risk management solutions. We strive to constantly improve the ways technology serves our customers; whether this be telephone systems or complex Valuation Quality Assurance modules.
Experience

Whether in the valuation field, within our Management Team, technology resources or indeed our Quality Assurance and Audit teams, our customers will be dealing with people who are experienced in their field. Our people are accountable, professional and have to be able to deliver against a diverse and challenging market environment.

Opteon builds relationships with all our stakeholders, from property vendors to senior Risk Managers. The way our people conduct themselves and behave in the course of their everyday activities provides the best basis for sustainable relationships and will build and demonstrate the Opteon brand values.
